MENU #1: TACO BAR (Two Tacos per Person Buffet Style)

 

Tortillas: Flour tortillas, hard shells, and nacho chips.

 

Meats. Grilled marinated chicken breast and ground beef.

Grilled Vegetables: Bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and zucchini.

 

Toppings: Lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream.

 

Sides: Mexican rice, refried black beans, jalapeños

 

Dips: Cheese dip and tomato salsa.
